About Material: 

-External layer made with Oxford fabric that makes the bag durable, water-repellent and weight resistant.

-Internal layer is made of EPA foam wrapping EVA to enhance quality.

-Folded sewing on handles to make the bag easy to carry. 

-The ripstop material adds durability to keep the cooler looking fresh

-Cooler bag made with linen fabric that can keep cool/warm for 5-8 hours. It can keep food fresh for a longer period of time. 

-Cross stitching on the handles to increase weight resistance. 6 stitches per inch sewing to prevent loose ends.

Process of ordering:

1. Price inquiry: please provide the material, shape, size, printing design, quantity and accessories of the bag you would like to make.

2. Quotation: in-stock products 1 working day, customized products 1-3 working days.

3. Quotation form: after confirming the specifications and quantity, we will send out the formal quotation form.

4. Order confirmation: full payment of in-stock product order is due in advance; payment of customized product order: 50% is due before sampling and the rest is due before the first delivery.

5. Mockup confirmation: we will design a stimulation image of the bag for you to confirm details of the bag, location of the design printing on the bag, quantity, etc.

6. Sampling: In-stock products: provide photos of a sample. After confirming that there is no problem with the sample, we will continue with the mass production process.

7. Mass production: after confirming that there is no problem with the received sample, we will continue with mass production. This process takes about 30-45 days.

8. Quality control: Our company implements full inspection. After ensuring product quality, we will ship out the product on the following day after the final payment is received.

9. Delivery: no delivery fee for orders with over 300 pieces (to a single location), delivery fees for orders with less than 300 pieces will be charged by the delivery company upon delivery.

10. After-sales warranty: our company provides a 7-day warranty period. Please confirm the quality and quantity of the products as soon as possible after receiving and contact us if there is any question.
